Job Description
The Product Guide at Arc’teryx is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience. This role focuses on leveraging product knowledge, collaborating with a team, and supporting sales efforts in-store and online. It's a fast-paced position involving hands-on tasks like inventory management, customer interactions, and brand representation.
Requirements
- Availability for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week
- Full time availability, consistent with the need of the business
- Full time and Part Time availability
- Minimum 30 hours per week, 5 days per week
