Job Description
The ReBird Operator- Repair team is seeking a skilled individual to repair and extend the life of garments, contributing to Arc'teryx's mission of reducing waste. This role involves repairing damaged parts, sewing, laminating, and basting fabrics, working closely with team members, and following company procedures. Training in garment construction and a passion for quality and safety are highly valued.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or similar high-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive issue identification and solution development
- Strong ability to work effectively as a team
- Basic knowledge of a spoken second language (asset)
