Job Description
Arc’teryx is seeking a Senior Manager, Specialty Sales - Canada to lead and develop a team focused on specialty retail channel growth. This role involves strategic planning, partnership development, and alignment with brand values, contributing to the expansion of the brand in Canada. The position requires leading a team of Territory Managers and driving profitable growth across the North American Commercial team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in related experience
- Experience in all forms of distribution, including owned retail development and growth, partnership branded retail and wholesale development
