Job Description
Arcadia is a global utility data and energy solutions platform seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive AI-native product development. The role focuses on building data products and AI tools, leveraging AI technologies, and collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver value and scalability. The ideal candidate will have experience building enterprise-grade data products and a passion for the clean energy future.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business management
- 6+ years of experience in software product management in SaaS or data/platform companies
- 4+ years of direct & hands-on PM experience
- Experience building enterprise-grade B2B software products
- Proven experience with AI technologies
- Experience with agentic pipelines
- Strong organizational & project management skills
- Passion for AI innovation
- Experience working in a regulated vertical
