The ideal candidate will be a scientifically literate, operationally-minded leader capable of keeping complex efforts on track and providing clear guidance to the team.

Requirements

• PhD in a life sciences or related field (or equivalent scientific literacy)
• 3–5+ years leading complex research projects
• Familiarity with research operations or project management tools
• Experience developing hardware and molecular methods
• Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills
