Senior Product Manager

Arcadia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Product team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the product roadmap, migrating complex customer workflows and data to their flagship platform, and assisting in the built-out of AI-enabled features. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working with large, complex enterprise customers and handling product migrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business management from a top university
• 6+ years of overall experience in software product management
• At least 4+ years of direct, hands-on PM experience in a SaaS or data/platform product company
• Previous experience working directly alongside critical customers
• Experience working with big data systems
• Strong expertise with internal tools and systems within a medium to large enterprise
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions
• Demonstrated experience aligning with and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
• A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Experience working in a regulated vertical
