Senior Backend Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience (SaaS or startup preferred)
• Strong in Node.js (our core stack), with flexibility to work in TypeScript, Python, or modern frameworks
• Experience designing and scaling REST APIs (GraphQL a plus)
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, Redis, etc.)
• Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure — GCP preferred, but AWS/Azure is welcome
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform)
• Strong attention to code quality, testing, and CI/CD automation
• Familiar with OAuth2, OIDC, and secure auth practices
