Staff Software Engineer to serve as a technical pillar of the company and help define the long-term architecture of our AI-native platform. As one of the most senior engineers on the team, you will own major system components, drive high-level design decisions, and influence product direction alongside the founders.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
- Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Deep experience building production-grade React applications
- Strong back-end experience with Node.js, distributed systems, streaming/asynchronous workflows, and API architecture
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Proven experience architecting and scaling AWS infrastructure at production scale
- Expertise integrating LLMs, AI APIs, agent workflows, or RAG systems into real-world apps
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, influencing, and guiding engineering teams
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
