Requirements

• Post-Graduation in Civil/Structure Engineering
• P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) license (US), or equivalent
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in highway and rail bridge design
• Experience leading design teams and managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop engineering teams
• Advanced knowledge of Canadian (CSA/NBC) and US (AASHTO/ACI) design standards
• Expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and coordinating multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
• Highly skilled in structural analysis and design using software like MIDAS
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
