Job Description
Arcadis is seeking an Associate Technical Director – Structures to join their Global Excellence Centre in India, Romania, and Philippines. This role focuses on the UK Rail business within Mobility, requiring a strategic approach from market to win, focusing on project execution and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK mobility projects, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and develop the team in line with Arcadis' values.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience on international multi-disciplinary Rail, Highway, Civil & Structural, Metro and Infrastructure projects
- Chartership with ICE or IStructE
- Proficient in written communication
- Strong organizational, coordination and strategic decision-making skills
