Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a self-motivated Environmental Field Technician to support their growing Chicago, IL office. This 100% field-based role involves working with a team, completing hourly and occasionally overtime work, and conducting fieldwork related to water and air sampling, remediation, and remediation injection of remediation. The position offers growth opportunities and a chance to impact people’s lives while contributing to environmental sustainability.
Requirements
- Strong communication and field documentation skills
- Practice Safe Driving and possess a valid driver’s License
- Basic mechanical and electrical skills (preferred)
- 2 years of previous experience as an Environmental Field Technician (or College Degree)
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER training (required)
- Experience with maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of environmental remediation systems
