Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Global Finance Risk and Compliance Specialist to support activities within the FRC team. The role involves performing in-depth reviews of financial systems, facilitating controls testing, preparing reports, and working with global directors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Identify and evaluate risks and controls impacting the organization’s financial processes.
- Actively participate in financial controls reviews and validation.
- Review IT controls and systems integrity.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Facilitate meetings with Global Directors and in-country representatives.
