Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Junior or Entry-Level BIM Technician to join their Water Design team. This hybrid role involves developing engineering drawings and preparing designs, including updating site records, creating floor plans, and ensuring adherence to CAD/BIM standards. The role requires strong understanding of CAD/BIM standards and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. It is a collaborative role supporting the creation of detailed project drawings.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience working in CAD and BIM
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2016 or newer) and Revit
- High school diploma or equivalent plus up to 2 years of college/university level education in Engineering or similar
- Familiarity with facilities MEP systems and asset hierarchies
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
