Nuclear Quality Manager

Arcadis is seeking a Nuclear Quality Manager to lead and oversee Nuclear Quality Management System activities, ensuring compliance with ASME NQA-1. This role involves governance, audits, training, and support of compliance with regulations, contributing to continuous improvement of the NQA-1 and ISO 17025 standards. Reporting to the Global Quality Management Systems Director, this role supports initiatives globally.

Requirements

• Coordinates the implementation, administration, and monitoring of global Quality Management Systems (QMS) governance and Nuclear Quality Management (NQMS) systems within the country.
• Ensures compliance with established requirements and records any exceptions.
• Maintains and assures effective implementation of NQA-1, Quality Management System.
• Develops and modifies the nuclear audit/project plan annually.
• Execute quality assurance audits and maintain certification.
• Develops new Quality Procedures and content.
• Reports in-country Quality KPI’s and reviews performance.
