Senior Commercial Manager – South West and Wales Region

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to provide cost and commercial management services for infrastructure projects. The role involves contract review, reporting, and effective communication with internal teams, clients, and contractors. The focus is on delivering high-quality, impactful results.

Requirements

• Experience in the rail or highways sector is desirable
• Working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts and a proven track record of commercial input into the delivery of infrastructure projects
• Degree qualified in either a Quantity Surveying or similar background
• Professional Membership such as MRICS would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Beginner to Intermediate PowerBi skills
• Knowledge of target cost and cost reimbursable construction contracts
