Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage and lead complex procurement activities. This role involves negotiating contracts, developing procurement strategies, and providing expert guidance to various staff. The ideal candidate will oversee contract negotiations, monitor vendor performance, and contribute to supply chain strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Graduating from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Five (5) years of procurement, negotiating principles, or directly related experience
- Knowledge of public procurement, contract development, and negotiation principles
- Skill in developing and delivering trainings and presentations
- Ability to monitor vendor performance and conduct market research.
- Knowledge of advanced skills in an area of expertise.
