Arcadis is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing Resilience Water Team in either Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., or Georgia. The role involves leading water/wastewater design engineering and construction projects, mentoring junior engineers, and managing budgets and schedules. This position requires strong technical expertise and proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
Requirements
- 12 years of structural engineering experience in Water / Wastewater.
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis).
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Structural or Civil/Structural
- Strong proficiency in tools such as STAAD Pro and other structural software applications
- Excellent technical writing and editing abilities.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving project drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Excellent working knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ACI, etc.)
