Job Description
Arcadian is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join the Smart Sustainable Buildings team within their global business. This role involves providing support to economic and reputational development by implementing new sustainability initiatives, conducting research, and advising clients on regulatory compliance. The consultant will collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the delivery of sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the team lead in managing projects
- Lead specific project teams in sustainability assessments and building certifications
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies
- Analyze data related to energy use, waste, water, and emissions
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and industry best practices
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings
- Lead workshops and training sessions on sustainability
- Implement and develop certifications (BREEAM, LEED, SBTi, LCA, CRREM, & EU Taxonomy)
- Lead projects during the design and construction stages
