Health and Safety Expert Germany & Netherlands

ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions is seeking a Health and Safety Expert to implement coaching sessions in Germany and the Netherlands. This role involves site visits, stakeholder engagement, report generation, and continuous improvement of health and safety culture. The expert will also contribute to the Health and Safety Department's business divisions.

Requirements

• Manage, lead & drive risk awareness/assessment.
• Engage with AMDS sites through meetings and observations.
• Prepare training materials and presentations.
• Define recommendations and drive performance improvement.
• Contribute on KPIs reporting system.
• Ensure REX sharing with AMDS and Management.
