The role involves leading project teams, following project design, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction, and collaborating with clients and suppliers. The project is focused on improving worker health and safety and producing high-quality steel.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, automation engineering or other relevant studies in the domain.
• Be a member of the Engineering Order of Quebec.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in the heavy industry.
• Be a change agent.
• Have leadership, teamwork skills and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Be organized, self-motivated and resourceful.
• Have analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Have good English skills.
• Prioritize worker and safety in promoting good practices by incorporating the 10 Rules of ArcelorMittal.
