Job Description
ArcelorMittal France is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team in the Foundry department. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical maintenance and repair work, proposing improvements, and coordinating complex maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical maintenance
- Proven experience in hierarchical management of industrial maintenance teams
- In-depth technical knowledge in industrial mechanics
- Knowledge of maintenance and fiabilization methods and GMAO (SAP ideally)
- Exemplary safety record and ability to prioritize safety
- Excellent communication skills
