Requirements
- Lead by example, demonstrating all the things it takes for your team to head to the top
- Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals
- Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy
- Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels
- Recruit, select, orient and train new employees
- Handle scheduling of staff at location to ensure appropriate shift coverage
- Handle all escalated customer service issues with professionalism
- Being effective with operational, financial and performance management
