Job Description
The Parent Support Specialist is responsible for supervising pregnant and parenting mothers and children ages 0-3 years old within the Guadalupe Home Program, set appropriate trauma-informed behavioral limits, and ensure a safe and caring environment. The position requires a clean driving record and adherence to organizational policies.
Requirements
- Pass TPCN Counselor Certification exam
- Properly bill TPCN and/or other agency utilized systems
- Knowledge of Guadalupe Home’s Resident Rules & Guidelines
- Clean driving record
- Available for shifts as needed
- Proficiency with computer software and office machines
