Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, performing, and overseeing maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all parish buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or related field
• Working knowledge of basic building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent requests promptly
