Technician, Maintenace

The Maintenance Technician ensures that all church buildings, grounds, and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition.

Requirements

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Conduct repairs to furniture, doors, locks, windows, and other facility elements.
• Maintain church grounds: mowing, trimming, snow removal, and seasonal landscaping.
• Ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Monitor and restock janitorial and maintenance supplies.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and report larger issues to leadership.
• Comply with diocesan policies and safety standards.
• Supervise or coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
