Job Description
Assists the plant manager in implementing programs that affect the overall direction and control of the ADM ANIMAL NUTRITION facility in South Cotabato. Ensures the plant operates at expected performance levels in terms of safety, quality, cost, efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Engineer or Technical Professional degree
- Professional License
- Budget setting for multiple functions
- Familiarity with 6 Sigma and other productivity tools
- Familiarity with OEE systems and tools
- Familiarity with ISO Management Systems, HACCP and GMP
- 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant
