Job Description
The EMEA Sustainability Manager will play a key role in advancing ADM's sustainability strategy across the region. The role will provide sustainability expertise and program support for ADM's three business units — Ag Services and Oilseeds, Carbohydrate Solutions, and Nutrition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sustainability or environmental management
- Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of sustainability best practices and industry trends
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, proficiency in one or more languages would be a plus
