Environmental Manager

We're seeking an Environmental Manager to lead environmental performance and compliance for our grain and oilseed processing facility in Windsor, Ontario, as well as two country grain elevators.

Requirements

• Act as the primary environmental leader and subject matter expert for the Windsor facility and two country grain elevators
• Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of ADM's environmental programs, standards, and management systems
• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental legislation, permits, approvals, and corporate requirements
• Proactively assess upcoming legislation and regulatory changes, developing implementation strategies
• Maintain strong communication with site and regional leadership regarding environmental performance, risks, and opportunities
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to site personnel to build environmental awareness and capability
