IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician role in London responsible for supporting and maintaining end-user technology solutions, shared office technology solutions, and undertaking 1st line triage and troubleshooting for all IT support issues.

Requirements

• Good experience of PC hardware environments
• Experience of operating systems and software applications
• Reasonable experience of trading & market data platforms environments
• Basic understanding in network technology & typology
• Basic understanding of communication hardware, platform environments and administration
• Basic understanding of financial trading, risk management and back office systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Financial products
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and standards
