Job Description
The Legal Director is a high-level position responsible for strategic partnership with Business and functions, preventive risks, compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. The role involves providing proactive legal advice, managing claims and litigation, and coordinating legal activities. The successful candidate will have a Law Degree, over 15 years of experience in leading legal departments, and fluency in English.

- Strategic mindset to analyze risks and propose preventive solutions
- Coordinate all functions and activities from Legal Dept.
- Supervise and control all claims and litigation
- Drafting templates, trainings, policies, guidelines, and standards
- Provide strategic proactive legal advice on business initiatives
- Coordinate, preparing, and negotiating agreements
- Manage outside legal counseling and departmental budget
