Job Description
Lead a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Engineers, and develop a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. Define the roadmap for AI/ML projects and drive best practices in MLOps. Communicate results and insights effectively to stakeholders and ensure adherence to data privacy and security policies.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning models and techniques
- Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI models like GPT and GANs
- Proven experience in rapid prototyping and ability to iterate quickly to meet business needs
- At least 3+ years of experience in people, product & technology management
- 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI
