The Plant Controller will be responsible for owning full-site financial performance and serving as the key finance voice in daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance reviews, providing financial insight into plant management through detailed analysis of manufacturing costs and variances.

- Provide actionable insights
- Optimize working capital
- Ensure disciplined financial execution
- Lead monthly close processes, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Lead financial evaluation of capital projects
- Support plant engineering and department supervisors in the purchasing process
- Ensure timely capitalization of projects and appropriate write-offs of abandonments in accordance with ADM policies
