R&D Manager – Pet Solutions

The R&D Manager – Pet Solutions is responsible for leading innovation, optimization, and renovation projects for ADM's pet nutrition business in Southeast Asia. The role involves developing nutritionally balanced pet foods, treats, and snacks while driving initiatives that strengthen production and development capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in formulation, production, or quality control within the animal feed or pet food industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience using formulation software (e.g., Allix) and nutritional analysis tools
• Strong project management skills with a proven record of leading cross-functional projects
• Solid scientific understanding, including chemistry, biochemistry, nutrition, food science, and animal physiology (dogs and cats)
