Senior Analyst

Senior Analyst will be part of the Service Delivery Organization, maintaining ADM business systems in operation with highest availability. Analyze tickets, collaborate with teams, and build enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Systems support
• Deep knowledge of IT System support covering complete end to end business processes
• Experience in FSCM, Credit Management, Fl - GL, AR, banking, treasury and electronic Bank Statement processing
• Strong design/analytics and configuration knowledge/skills for master data set up
• Experience in Banking Process like EBS, MT940, BAI2, interfaces along with Fiori Apps
• Knowledge of cloud applications and integration technologies
• Experience with 24x7 support, multi-cultural support teams, and cloud applications
• Bachelor’s degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline
