The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards and expertise in Workday, particularly compensation modules.

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Expertise in Workday, particularly compensation modules, and experience with other relevant Total Rewards tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and implement change management initiatives
- Successfully implement and execute programs that can scale across the organization
- Critical thinking to problem solve in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
