Job Description
Archer is seeking a Staff Power Electronics Engineer to design and build high-voltage, high-power density power electronics converter products for eVTOL aircraft. This role involves designing, building, testing, and validating converter components and systems from conception to manufacture, working with a multidisciplinary team and adhering to stringent quality and safety requirements. The company is focused on sustainable air mobility and innovation in the aerospace industry.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience (or MS with 8+ years).
- Hands-on experience in traditional and modern power electronic technologies.
- Experience with low-power, high-power DC-DC converter products.
- Knowledge of various power semiconductor devices.
- Experience with high-frequency transformer and inductor design.
