Head of Tax

Archer is an aerospace company building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. We are seeking a Head of Tax to lead consolidated income tax reporting and all aspects of taxation for the Company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with tax accounting and reporting under ASC 740 for a US-based multi-national corporation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a combination of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience
• Extensive experience with tax accounting and reporting under ASC 740 for a US-based multi-national corporation
• Experience with tax accounting and reporting under US GAAP in multinational context
