IT Infrastructure Manager

Archirodon is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the modernization of infrastructure towards a cloud-first, automated, and secure operating model. The successful candidate will develop and execute short- and long-term infrastructure strategies, oversee infrastructure design and operations, ensure security and compliance, and lead a team of infrastructure engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Proven experience in Microsoft ecosystem environments
• Strong background in managing hybrid infrastructures (on-premises and cloud)
• Hands-on experience with networking technologies
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure project management, budgeting, and vendor management
• Experience implementing and managing backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles, network segmentation, firewall management, and endpoint protection
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices
• Experience in monitoring and performance optimization tools
