Lead Product Manager

Architus is partnering with Tide, a fast-growing Fintech in Europe, to build a finance platform for small businesses. As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive strategy and execution for digital payments across Europe and India. You will be responsible for building and scaling a platform that enables SMEs to seamlessly send, receive, and manage money.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments product Management with proven experience working with agile/scrum delivery teams
• Deep expertise in payments and connectivity, particularly bank payments, with extensive experience in fintechs or banks across global markets
• Strong understanding of fund flows, transaction settlement, and reconciliation involving multiple parties
• Technical knowledge and experience with API-based products
• Strong understanding of the latest payment scheme rules & wider regulations in global markets and can articulate risk implications of card products
