Job Description
Arclin USA is looking for a Plant Engineering Manager for our Coit (Cleveland), OH location. The position is responsible for maintenance of all plant assets, specifications and design of plant facilities, controls and equipment for the Arclin Production Facilities.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years plant maintenance/engineering/project engineering experience in chemical or rubber manufacturing or related industries
- Experience with Rockwell Programmable Logic Controllers, VFDs, and HMI's
- Experience with Batch process and process historians
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated record of leadership, teamwork, adaptability, innovation and initiative
- Ability to work well with all levels of personnel throughout the facility and the company
