Job Description
Arco is seeking a Full-Time Indirect Tax Analyst to support the accounting and tax teams. The role focuses on PIS and COFINS, accounting consolidation, supplementary obligations, tax analysis, and supporting external audits. Data analysis and report building using Metabase and Excel are key responsibilities. The company values diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Complete a full degree in Accounting, Law, Administration, Economics or related fields
- Previous experience in tax routines, with a focus on PIS/COFINS and federal taxes
- Knowledge in tax regimes (Real Income and Presumed Income) and in supplementary obligations such as EFD-Contributions and SPED
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Mastery of Excel and skills to work with databases (desirable knowledge in retention sources and Metabase)
- Analytical reasoning and attention to detail
- Proactivity, organization and sense of responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
