Job Description
Arco Education is seeking a Product Designer for the Iris Design System. The role involves developing and evolving the design system, creating components and templates, and promoting integration with internal teams. The company focuses on enhancing the learning experience through digital solutions for students, parents, and schools, aiming to improve outcomes through dynamic learning solutions, estimations, and relationship management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Full Product Designer, with a strong focus on UI Design.
- Solid knowledge of Design System processes (construction, maintenance and governance).
- Ability to act from end to end in product design (research, prototyping, validation, handoff).
- Proactivity and a collaborative profile, with ease in connecting with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and knowledge of handoff for engineering teams.
