Job Description
Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP) is seeking a CI Manager (m/f/d) to lead the rollout and ongoing management of the Ardagh Metal Production System (AMPS) at the plant level. The role involves driving AMPS implementation, operational excellence, capability building, and collaborating with regional and global leadership. The company specializes in sustainable beverage cans and operates several production facilities worldwide.
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineer
- Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt
- Project Management applying both Lean and Six Sigma
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Strong understanding of Production Systems
- Process and data driven mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and team building skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
