Job Description
Immediately hiring Groundskeeper to upkeep their own assigned community! Offering full or part time! The best fit for this position will complete work orders efficiently, quickly and accurately, while also making customer service with the tenants a priority.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum 1 year of groundskeeping experience
- Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Bank account in your name for direct deposit
- Physical requirement of stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to operate a smart phone
