Job Description
We are seeking a new Executive Assistant to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As an Executive Assistant you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field of study or commensurate experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in various administrative roles in an office environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant for a vice president or above level individual
- Expert level in all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Ability to guide and influence all levels of internal and external personnel that this leader needs to interact with on a regular basis
- Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
- Have exceptional organizational skills
