Job Description
Arena is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Investment Analyst for their newly established two-year Analyst Program. The role involves supporting senior analysts in developing investment strategies, performing analysis, and assisting with transaction processing. The Analyst Program provides an entry point into the firm and offers on-the-job experience related to finance and security analysis. Analysts will rotate through areas like Corporate Securities, European Private Illiquid, and working on projects related to building a solid foundation in finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (finance, economics, accounting, engineering, science or mathematics)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel (VBA)
- Strong financial modeling and transaction structuring skills
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- High level of personal integrity, discipline, and ethical standards
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
