Job Description
We are looking for an Analyst to support the Asset Management team in Bangalore, India. The role involves supporting senior team members, conducting market research, analyzing financial statements, and generating financial models.
Requirements
- Support the Asset Management team
- Conduct comprehensive market research
- Analyze management financial statements
- Generate detailed financial models
- Assist in the generation of marketing and credit/performance reports
- Monitor assigned product sectors and portfolio companies
- Draft internal memorandum on existing and follow-on investments
- Work with legal, financial, valuation and accounting advisors
- Help to structure transactions and assist with closing deals
- Assist in the creation, implementation and documenting of process/procedural frameworks
