Lil' Kickers/Skills Institute Coach

Join our Lil' Kickers/Skills Institute Team! As a coach, you will bring our renowned curriculum to life, coach weekly classes for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old, and become a superhero in the eyes of your players. You will be well-trained to bring high energy and creativity to the games and activities you lead each week.

Requirements

• Come to work each shift with a positive attitude, ready to have fun
• Be available to work weekend mornings
• Create a bond with kids in your classes throughout the session
• Follow weekly lesson plans
• Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute programming
• Set up, clean up, and maintain the field
• Complete recommendation cards and customer care calls each session
• Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events
