Vice President/Principal, Portfolio Manager, Ares Insurance Solutions

Ares is seeking a Vice President/Principal to join our dynamic and growing Insurance Solutions team. The candidate will be an integral part of the investment team and work closely with senior members of Ares Insurance Solutions on a variety of activities pertaining to the investment portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, or Business
• 8+ years of experience as an insurance investment professional
• Advanced knowledge of asset liability management, accounting, and regulatory capital
• Experience with fixed income insurance portfolio management, portfolio performance measurement, and asset and liability management
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical acumen, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player with a positive attitude
