Job Description
This position is for a Licensed Primary Therapist providing direct therapeutic support to clients with addiction and mental health disorders. The therapist will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, conduct individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of addiction and mental health, a strong therapeutic skill set, and a commitment to helping others.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) or Registered Intern in the state of Florida.
- +1 year of experience working with individuals with a mental health and substance abuse diagnosis.
- Bilingual Preferred.
- Experience in group facilitation and working with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with EMRs, LOCUS, ASAM, AHCA, DCF, and Joint Commission.
- Level 2 Background Check and Drug Test.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
